You'll still see a QAS auditor onsite or remotely (depending on your usual working practices). You'll use our IMSMLoop platform to upload evidence prior to this audit, such as internal audit and management review records.

This helps speed up the process on the day. You can also begin to upload your entire ISO management system as soon as you're granted access. 

We understand our clients have different technology needs – We would like to say that we do specialise in businesses of your size and have built it to your requirements.

That being said, if you don’t wish to use it, you can carry on as normal. But we will only upload our completed documentation, such as your certificate and audit report, to IMSMLoop.

This is a high priority for us and as such the company we’ve partnered with hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus.

We’ve built and are continuing to add to an extensive support library and guidance area which includes FAQs, user guides and videos.

We also have support in-house should you have any further questions. Your auditor has also been trained on this platform.

We include 2 user licences as standard however there is an option to take additional users (this comes at an additional cost).

The audit process itself is unchanged. This is a new process designed to add value to your overall ISO certification.

This is quite a light platform and should be okay with lower connection speeds.

We understand this can be the case – we’d love for you to take a look at IMSMLoop but failing that you can simply use our platform purely to access your certificate and audit report each year, as well as uploading evidence prior to the audit.
